Santouka Ramen event @ Itadaki, March 3-5

My friend just alerted me to this ramen event that Itadaki is hosting in a few weeks. From Monday, March 3rd until Wednesday March 5th, they'll be serving Santouka Ramen's Shio Ramen. 200 bowls will be available per day from 4pm-9pm and Itadaki will not accept reservations (they usually do). Price is $10 (+ tax & tip).

Santouka Ramen is a global ramen chain that serves Hokkaido style ramen. Our nearest Santouka is at Mitsuwa in Edgewater, NJ. The first restaurant opened in 1988 in Asahikawa, Hokkaido after the founder, Hitoshi Hatanaka, watched Tampopo then went out and had some mediocre ramen and figured he could do better.

Itadaki is located at 269 Newbury St., Boston, MA 02116 between Hynes & Copley on the Green Line.
